Discussion topics of this webinar include information to: Optimize the existing PBPK model based on new in vitro data and learning from existing clinical data; Validate the PBPK model using more clinical data from participate company; and finally provide recommendations on the optimal itraconazole DDI study design based on simulations using the optimized PBPK model.
