PK/PD Discussion Group

Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK/PD) modeling and simulation has been increasingly used in pharmaceutical industry to better understand concentration effect relationships in order to reduce drug attrition.  The objective of the PK/PD Discussion group is to provide a forum for participating pharmaceutical companies to share how PK/PD analysis is being used in preclinical and clinical phases of drug development.  The goal is that a better understanding of how to effectively apply PK/PD analysis will result from knowledge sharing between companies.
