This workshop covered a readout from the two active TP-DI IQ working groups (in vitro and clinical) with participants across industry and FDA who have been actively collaborating in exploring various in vitro and clinical approaches for the assessment of TP-DI. The proceedings from this workshop are intended to be compiled in white paper(s) that will be submitted to a peer-reviewed scientific journal. This workshop provided an opportunity for experts in TP-DI area to share their science, insights, and experience in order to achieve a consensus on what is the best science to be applied to this important topic in drug development at this time.
